I did not get a chance for response to Cambridge *** ***I was never informed of different options for remote starter and even though I did sign contract this lack of information was not taken into accountIt is the failure to give me adequate knowledge so that I could make an informed choice that has made me file a complaintThe remote starter installed is useless
