The customer told Us that He had been trying to get the oxygen sensor out of his truck to replace it for two yearsHe brought the truck in and we told him there would be a $charge for the inspection and to try to remove the sensor, he agreed to thisafter futile attempts to remove the left side oxygen sensor from the left exhaust manifold were unsuccessful, We advised the customer that the left exhaust manifold would require removal from vehicle to allow proper access and leverage to remove and there would be additional labor and costs for gaskets and that possible replacement of manifoldHe declined any further repairswhen he returned to retrieve the vehicle he decided that he didn't want to pay the $that was originally agreed toI have attached the repair order for this matter, feel free to call me if you have any questionThanksB [redacted] Camarillo Independent Automotive###-###-####
