Hello,Thanks for sending this compliant along to us This is an unfortunate circumstance for all parties We shipped the product to the recipient On our website we strongly encourage buyers to notify their recipients that a package will be arriving It doesn't appear this was done although we fulfilled the product to their recipientAdditionally, the buyer has disputed the charge with their credit card receiving a refund So ultimately, we have shipped the product for free because the buyer didn't inform the recipient of the arrival If you have any other questions for me please let me know Thanks for your time!
