I was informed of this complaint on 12/1/after the customer contacted the Calvin Klein Customer Service Department directlyIn partnership with Customer Service, the customer received an apology and refund as requested in the written communicationAdditionally, at the store level and in
partnership with Human Resources, retraining and corrective actions have taken place with the associate(s) and management involved in the incidentIt was confirmed with Calvin Klein Customer Service on 12/6/2016 that the matter was resolved and the customer was satisfied

Not one of these are Calvin Klein and not one of these are worth $100.00 ..When this company wrote me back that's what I got told I can do !!! I even linked them and sent them a cc statement on were they where purchased and the price ... This women who runs the refunds wrote me back with those offers I said why not just give him a Calvin Klein gift card to replace them that's when she told me there outlets do not carry big men clothing ... Ok so I linked you a link were I got them how about replacing them from there not from [redacted] where you are making me choose $20.00 pants not even jeans the pants I sent back were jeans not dress pants or khakis or shorts !!! And the Calvin Klein jeans were made cheap and ripped right down the whole middle of the pants I sent them and all to these people to see the damage so I wasted shipping money for nothing ...I would have rathered them send a gift card and let the kid get cologne or a wallet from there outlet since they don't sell Big Men clothing ......Desired Settlement: Would be nice if they did the right thing instead of trying to send me [redacted] clearance stuff ... I bought them from [redacted] not [redacted]
