Calo Renovations was responsible for the remodeling of my basement in 2016 after water damage. The work is coming apart (ceiling and closet issues). Further, the door to the utility room locks automatically from the outside if it is shut so that once inside that area you are not able to get out if the door closed, and it will not stay open. I have made several attempts to reach Calo Renovations by telephone and text messages since February and have not gotten any response.

I am rejecting this response because: I was never notified in words or writing that there was any warranty. I was never given any paperwork of any kind regarding the work that was done.The work completed is coming apart. Doors are off the tracks simply by opening them.

Mike has done multiple projects in two different homes over the last few years. The projects have included an entire kitchen renovation, painting the whole house (2 of them), flooring, and fixing moldings that were chewed by the dog. The renovations have always turned out so great!
Mike is excellent, timely, professional, and we completely trust him with any of our home renovations! I look forward to working with him in the future! Highly recommend!
