Revdex.com:The business did refund me fully, after I made this Revdex.com complaint. Thank you for your help. It did take them 6+ weeks to refund me, and many many promises and excuses for the delay. I racked up credit card interest in the meantime, and found them to be very unprofessional, and highly inconsistent regarding communications. But I was finally refunded, which is what I needed.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12230152, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
