Call The Movers

Call The Movers recently moved us from Northern Virginia to South Carolina. This was the 7th time I have used them and I continue to be pleased with the service they provide, as well as how friendly their employees are during the move. They could not be any nicer!
We have used them before for other moves and have always been happy with everything from the packing process through the move and unpacking. Not a single thing ever broke and the boxes were always well labeled to make it easy to find things. The moving crews were top notch and very professional and we felt the price that we paid was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and the level of service that we received.
I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I used Call The Movers local moving and packing services to move from Falls Church, VA to Vienna, VA, and I was so impressed with Call The Mover team. Movers showed up on time, protected my floors and started packing and protecting my things. Crew did walk threw, asked questions, and made me feel part of the team. It was a medium size move so they packed and moved me in the same day.

I rarely write reviews for a company or product, but since I’ve used “Call The Movers” twice now (as have my parents on their own separate moves), I wanted to let others know! Both of my moves happened rather suddenly and didn’t give me much time to plan, but Linas and his team made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Working with Linas has been a pleasure. He understands that moving is a stressful experience and makes sure the process runs smoothly from start to finish. The rates were very fair and the final cost was what had been quoted to me (no unexpected last minute rate hikes).
For my latest move, I knew I wasn’t going to have much time to pack, so Call the Movers helped with that process--everything arrived in perfect condition and the moving crew took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the placement of my furniture and belongings. Call the Movers also offered to take my furniture donations for me (one less thing to worry about…) and followed up with the receipts so I could use them for tax deductions. The entire moving crew was fantastic–very professional and helpful.

Call The Movers was referred to us by someone who had recently used this company to move a relative cross-country.
After our last move, we wanted to make sure that we were dealing with a reputable moving company that provided door-to-door service and ensured that our furniture and art pieces would arrive in the same condition prior to the move. This was extremely important, since most of our furniture had been recently restored. We met with Mr. Naujalis, General Manager (GM), who provided us with an estimate of the time, materials, and transportation cost. He also provided us with options to purchase our own packing materials and pack our own boxes, which we did, to lesson the cost of the move. This proved to be valuable, since it allowed us to sort through things that ended up being given away or donated. On our day of the move, his crew prepared the furniture and artwork by packing them in blankets and cardboard. The process of preparing and loading the trucks took about 2.5 days. The crew that loaded the vehicles was the same crew that unloaded the trucks at our new residence. At destination, the crew moved the furniture, helped in the placement, and broke down the boxes that had been unpacked. They took the time to ensure that nothing was damaged in the new home.
Everyone that we dealt with from, GM to movers, were professional and took their job seriously, Courteous and on time. Always asking questions before doing something and keeping us informed of what was going on. The crew also called ahead to let us know of their schedule.
We had a wonderful experience with Call The Movers and highly recommend this company.

I used The Movers to load my POD In preparation for a move. Ben Y James M and Mafara T were the men who did the work and they were amazing! Ben packed the POD so tightly and efficiently that all my household goods and furniture fit! And I know it won't shift in transit, And it was a close call! if he hadn't been so careful, I would have had to leave things behind. He was wonderful! James and Mafara wrapped my furniture carefully so that it would not get scratched. They did a teamgreat job!! I would hire them again in a flash! and highly recommend them. They are a great team! Ben is a wonderful leader!

This was the best moving experience I've ever had. The team was professional and hardworking. It was stress-free, something I never thought a move could be!

I used the services of the moving company “Call the Movers“ twice. I found out that the place I wanted to move in became available on a short notice and I was very stressed that I had to move in a few days and I had nothing packed. I called couple of companies, and I decided to go with “Call the Movers”. I spoke with Mr. N, and not only that he scheduled me for the day and time that were most convenient, but also he encouraged me and had the patience to walk me through the process and all. I was so relieved and the stress was gone. He also brought the equipment before and taught me how to start and pack systematically and made my move so much easier. The movers arrived on time, and they moved everything with a lot of care. Nothing got one scratch during the move, the furniture, the walls – the movers were very careful and very good at it. They were excellent! I was very impressed, because I moved 5 times before and I had all sort of experiences, and by far this was the best experience ever! All the furniture looked great, the walls, the carpets… Perfect move! The space I have is smaller than the one before, and the movers had to move the big pieces a few times, because I could not decide how to position them, and they were very nice about it, and treated me with lots of patience and respect. They even vacuumed the old place and left it spotless. Then, to complicate matters I asked them to help empty my storage; I had so many boxes and I had no idea what to do with them. Mr. N volunteered to help me organize them, and they tossed what I did not want to keep and they also took some stuff to Good Will and brought me a receipt. I have never had a better experience moving. These people are the best! You can't find better! Not only they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism but they are very kind and easy to work with. They made my moving experience quite wonderful and easy. I can't thank them enough! I highly recommend “Call the Movers”!!! The best of the best!

more than 5 times. Linas ( owner)alway gives honest price and keeps his word. A lot of moving companies give lower estimate just to get the job and then charges a lot more at the end. Call the movers don't do that!
