This is not a resolutionThey have proposed nothing Yes, we were told we would be on month-to-month rates, but we were never informed beforehand that those rates would be times our current total billIf we had known beforehand, we never would have agreed to these rates and we would have made alternative arrangements This was an attempt to use their power over us to extract penalty pricing(because obviously we need phone service to run our business and we had no alternative at the time, we had no choice but to continue with them)And, when you look at the bill, the extra charges show up as a separate line itemThey do not show up as simply a higher rate for the existing service Regardless, we protested the rates to CallOne when we found out about them, they told us there was nothing they could do (which is not true), and we immediately began to look for alternatives Had they informed us in advance that our phone bill would more than triple (from approximately $800/month to approximately $3000/month) because we were going on a month-to-month arrangement, we never would have entered into that arrangement, and we would have found another solutionWhat they have done is simply not fair Again, we are happy to pay the regular fees, but we are not willing to pay what we consider to be the penaltiesIf they agree to waive these penalties, we will pay the remaining amountOtherwise, we will pay nothing Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 22, 2014/12/31) */ The complainant has made no new accusations and we have addressed all prior accusations, stating our positions clearly and completely [redacted] Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 24, 2015/01/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Again, no resolution has been proposed, so there is nothing to acceptCallOne has never addressed our proposal, so I am going to try again Here is what I propose: CallOne agrees we owe them nothing, and we agree we owe them nothingWe drop this complaint and pursue no additional action with any other authority against them, and they agree to do the same with us

Review: I signed up for a trial membership of 15 days. Contract specifically says at end of 15 day period I would be charged 39.99. On the 15th day I called and canceled and they said I had already been billed. I said I specifically said at the end of 15 days and she would not fix it. I informed her I was contacting Revdex.com and she quickly apologized and reversed charge but said it would tkke 4 to 10 days. Charging me early they overdrew my account and refuse to refund the fees.Desired Settlement: Payment of 35 dollar overdraft fee to [redacted]
