Call It Spring

Review: To whom it may concern: I have an issue with warranty and customer service, didn't have the option to choose both. I brought in one of many pairs of shoes that I purchased from this location for a repair on 5/**/13 due to the back of my heel being cut by the inner part of the shoe. The girl that helped me was very nice and said that it wouldn't be a problem and took them in. When I came back 3 weeks later to pick up the shoes the store manager by the name of [redacted] told me two things, one of was that there was nothing wrong with my shoes and when I told her that it's really hurting my foot she said that she will give them in for a repair. I've been getting a run around till today 7/**/13 when I finally came in to pick up the shoes. They looked like they were stuffed under many boxes because they were flat and there was not a thing done about the issue. When I asked [redacted] why wasn't anything done she told me that it's regular wear and tear and there's nothing she's going to do. She spoke down to me like a little child even though I'm pretty sure I'm older than her. This is the worst customer service I have received in a very long time and I would discourage the people from going into this store.Desired Settlement: I would like these shoes repaired/replaced and the store manager to take some kind of classes on how to deal with clients.
