sales for June 3rd and did not find a ticket with burritos that included steak and chicken as she outlined in her complaintWe taste our food prior to opening each day to ensure quality and compliance with our recipesWe also did not receive any other complaints that day, directly from a customer, or via corporate website.To help you with a refund, I need more information from the customer.If you don't have a receipt, can you please give us an idea of the time you placed your order?Was your food placed on one ticket, or multiple tickets?Did you pay with a credit card or cash?I will gladly refund the purchases.Sincerely,Kevin L***Owner
