The purpose of this email is to answer the complaint filed against my company on 3/21/by Smytha F* the assigned ID # I would like to star by apologizing to MrsF* for her experience with usWe have always maintained a high standard of customer
service and have sold many new and used tires and have never had a problem with anyoneWe take pride in our business and especially with our reputation in and out of the communityI would like to offer MrsF* a new set of tires that she stated she wanted from Americas Tire in Westlake and pay for themThe only thing I ask in return is to please stop all the negative publicity on social media about my companyWhen your in any type of business things happen and you can't always please everyone but I am a reasonable individual who takes pride in what I do and in what I sellThank You!
