California Sierra Express Inc.

I contracted with another company and they used California Sierra Express. It was a very bad experience. California Sierra Express delivered the boxes from the warehouse to my home. There was significant damage to my boxes and although I am not certain that this was their fault, they did not let me know of the damage, were not concerned when I contacted the main office (continued to pass the buck) and weren't the least bit concerned that one of my boxes was missing (which I later found out that a box was damaged in the moving process and someone placed all the items from the damaged box into a plastic bin with delicate hats).

The customer service was very poor and I would not recommend using this company or anyone who contracts with them.
