driver returned to the location where she recalled delivering this package, to which the resident advised that she had dropped off the package at the local Post Office. The driver then went to the local Post Office in an effort to acquire the package for return to the shipper or delivery to the correct address. The Post Office was not able to locate the package at the time the driver was there, however, contact numbers were exchanged in the event that the package was able to be located at a later time. The search for the package is currently active at this time.

Review: Tracking Number: [redacted] was suppose to receive a package today on January 19th, 2015. According to the tracking details it states that it was delivered 1/19/2015 at 9:27 AM. This is untrue because I been home all day, windows open, and never heard or seen anyone come up to my door. So im unsure as to why the driver for On Trac said it was delivered when it obviously was not.Desired Settlement: I need to receive either my original package or a replacement of the same item because this is ridiculous. On Trac is constantly losing my packages.
