Review: A manufactured home was purchased from this company, with a foundation in the home was delivered in June of 2012. It was damageged while being delivered and , without the foundation being completed.To date the house is sitting on blocks foundation is over sized and they say that they are going to add panels to make it look like it is on the foundation, which is not what I paid for. the home is not secured to anything , it will not pass any codes. The inside of the home is not completed as the grout is cracked thru out home, light sockets crooked, linoleum has bumps under it and does not have wall to wall seal, the house recently settled and the seam for the linoleum has came up in spots. no one want to fix anything it just sits there,

The home was damaged by the transport co, they did repair all of there damages they were in contact with the customer waiting on them to get power to the home this home is on an indian reservation up in the mountains ,so the transport company finished repairs once the customer had power. regarding the foundation the sub contractor they hired is still working to finish foundation, which is quality manufactured home service they have been in contact with the customer this week to finish, there are not any codes as the customer stated because they live on an indian reservation but all of the work performed is up to code and within industry standards. the inside of the home is complete, please see work orders, we have fixed every thing and we have been in contact with our customer,regarding all of there complaints.
