I was contracted by this company to conduct residential solar system sales out of their office. In the contract I received from this business, it was stated that on any project that I sold on my own accord, I would be paid out whatever amount was sold above an EPC on $2.50 per watt of the system sold. The project I sold on my own was a 4.96kw system sold at $3.50 per watt. I was expecting $1 per watt which is $4,960 to be paid to my account, but when it came time to pay I was told that my initial contract was not valid since the CEO didn’t sign my agreement. Everyone else in their office was on a pay algorithm that I was certain I was not on, until it came time to pay. On payment I was only paid $1,288 for the entire sale of a $21,970 priced solar system.
