I would highly discourage anyone considering using California granite.

Hindsight there are a number of great granite companies including: [redacted] and many others.

On customer service California granite is extremely poor with communication, details and follow-up.

On business process they're extremely poor with quotes, invoices and accounting. Make sure you have everything in writing and keep that documentation.

Quality is fair to poor. While they're extremely efficient at getting in and out and getting the job done at the expense of quality workmanship. Installation is shoddy, requiring follow up reinforcement and caulking.

This underscores the importance of customers with experiences writing reviews online for others to be forewarned.

Product order has not been delivered.I ordered their product from California Granite several weeks ago for which they promised would be available in a few days. Not having received my order, I inquired several times but have not received a response. This is causing significant delays in the project I am working towards.Desired SettlementDeliver the product as promised.
