insurance is concerned, we are required to have 1 million dollar umbrella on our policy in order for us to do insurance work.  This was just a cash sale but nevertheless we are a reputable company that is Licensed, insured and bonded in the state of CA.  After forwarding the photographs (that were taken of the windshield prior to any work beginning) to [redacted] is clearly showed the damage that was present.  In my opinion [redacted] found us at no fault and thus did not cover the replacement for the customer.  We now consider this case to be closed.
