Review: On May 31, 2014 the business owner was able to sell the four antiques I had consigned to her for the sale she was having. I was notified that day and she suggested to meet up in a few days to complete the deal. I had asked for confirmation of the commission percent she was taking and it was different than the original agreement however, I failed to get the original percentage in writing so I can't prove anything. That is a separate issue. I then had a change in job status and started training and had other obligations in the evening as well as the daytime; on June 1, 2014 I notified the business owner both on text via her phone number and on email that I would not be available for quite a few weeks and to please mail a check. I did not hear back. On June 4, 2014, I wrote another email stating the same thing. No answer. On June 11, 2014 I wrote yet another email asking if everything was okay because I had not received the money or any communication. I also stated my address again in case she misplaced it. It is now June 19, 2014 and I have not heard anything from this woman and I believe three weeks is long enough to wait on her to do the right thing. No one on behalf of her company has reached out to me to answer for this yet on her business Facebook page there has been activity as of June 16 so that indicates someone is still working behind the scenes and just ignoring my communications.Desired Settlement: I demand the payment owed to me for the selling of my antiques at the sale she conducted.
