Customer came into our showroom to purchase French DoorsCustomer's Contractor supplied us with the door size they wanted Customer signed a contract for those sizes Customer received the size doors that he requested which are specified in the contract he signed.This is a Supply Only Job based on sizes requested by Customer and Customer's Contractor There have been NO Lies We have been very honest about lead times We have no reason to lie about anything We only want the customer to get what he ordered Based on the contract and delivery receipt, the Customer did in fact received exactly what he ordered.Customer has not paid the balance for these doors There is an outstanding balance of $ A Mechanic's Lien will be filed on his property in days for non payment

I am rejecting this response because:#I have the emails from *** apologizing for the numerous screw ups and telling me he would make sure we were compensated.#I gave *** a credit card for the full balance of the doors and have those emails as well giving him authorization to charge the full amount to my credit cardThey are so unorganized and lost that one does not know what the other is doingThey should go back and search *** emails to see what he promised and the lies and excuses he made as well as the correspondence authorize the credit card at time of sale in fullThose emails will also show that he clearly says he will get me compensated for having to have contractors sit at house and pay someone to come unload the truck since their delivery driver had no way to get them off the truck himselfThe business is dishonest and I have hired an attorney to fight them in courtThey should have just compensated me like *** promised

This Homeowner called us out because she had dirt all over the house and thought it was coming from the Ducting. I explained to her there can be many reasons for "dirt" all over her counters, floors etc. She has old carpet on the stairs and bedrooms upstairs that is shedding as you walk on it. This...

creates a tremendous amount of dirt and carpet fibers floating in the air.  These all settle all over the house including downstairs.I explained to her that we would clean the ducting with our High Quality Duct Cleaning Machine. This machine does not let any dirt out of its filter.  When the machine came on, the filtered air coming from the machine blew dust off her piano.  She asked me about the "dirt" in the air.  I explained that our machine traps everything in the HEPA Filter while it cleans out the Ducting.  She did not seem satisfied with this answer, so I had one of the Technicians run a second HEPA unit from the air handler to give her some piece of mind.  The ducts were in fact filthy.  It took three times longer to clean her ducts than it normally takes.  There was one duct where the garage has been converted to a bedroom that my crew was unable to access. My Crew walked through the house with the homeowner to make sure everything was satisfactory before we left.The homeowner called the following day and told me she removed one of the upstairs vents and found debris in the duct.  I told here that I would be happy to go out and run the machine through the duct again.  She declined. We have performed duct cleaning services since 1998.  This is the first time in our company history that someone was not satisfied with the results of the duct cleaning.
