Tell us why here...Yes they do have that on the website however they have stopped all contact there has been no refund process started they are not responding to my emails in re guard to my refund, and I've made several attempts to call them they are no longer answering the phone voice mail box in fullI've read on other websites that this is I guess an on going scamI believe they put that on the website to save face and look as if they are try to help "their customers" you will see that the dates planned for the festival in June will not happen this is a scam!!!!!! how can you issue refunds when you have not communicate with your customersIf you can contact them then can you please ask them how and when are they issuing refunds
