Bought a $couch cleaning through [redacted] , owner shows up and claims my couch is 18' which is not I remeasured it several times, it is 14' He wanted $more for extra footageThis is a scam I said just clean half the couch then and he later reduced it to $more stating he wouldn't feel right cleaning half a couch Such **! He's wheeling and dealing like a car salesmen to get more money of people Very unprofessional They are using [redacted] to get their foot in the door then upsell people for more money anyway they can get it I was so frustrated, and just wanted the work done that I had paid through [redacted] He is obnoxious and [redacted] should not do business with this company

Bought a $carpet cleaning service through Groupon, owner shows up and denies work because he wanted to charge me for additional rooms which would’ve cost me $dollars moreSo because of the fact that I declined to have the bedrooms done he walked out and said he wouldn’t do the job at allLeaving us high and dry, took time off of work for this poor excuse of a carpet cleaning serviceBeware of this company they are a complete scam!!
I’ve had carpets cleaned in this same apartment and never have I ever been charged so muchHe is outrageous and Groupon should not do buisness with a creep like that
