I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I had given 8 months of SDG&E statements. They told me they would take care of the rebate paperwork and clearly couldn't get it right before the state ran out of money. For 6 months I was copied on emails from the energy commission saying the paperwork was not correct. They did not attend to it in a timely manner there for I did not receive the $1200 I was supposed to. Also this company under estimated the size of my system by 25-30% and feels as though the did the best job they could.

Mr [redacted] signed a contract and we performed all of the work based on the contract. You can see on the contract that State rebate was for the amount of 0.  We calculate all system size on the past 12 months of electrical usage Mr. [redacted] could only provide us with 6 8 months.
