I am very surprised to see this complaint I just spoke to her yesterday and we are working on a solution to the problem? I do understand that this resolution to the small scratch has taken some time for a variety of reasons Most importantly, because it is so small we did not want to do anything that would make the scratch worse I have been waiting on our vendor to provide us with a proven technique and we have been unsuccessful We are optimistic that we have found something that will take care of the problem Once we receive the materials and instructions we will be setting up a time to try this on the scratch I expect to complete this within the next two weeks
