Calico Jacks

I attended the July 4th event at Westgate and my kids were hungry so we decided to go to Calico Jacks cuz it was not as busy as the rest That should have been a red flagThe food was awful and very priceyService was really bad as wellWe paid for the food with our card and tipped in cashWhen I checked the bank the next day I had totally different amounts debited to my card! one for and another for 42.00! I think she wrote in a tip on the amount as wellI called down there and the girl told me "it happens!! but when they do it they delete the other transactions if they catch it Thats why its still pendingBut there was nothing she could do!" What!!?? It happenshmmm sounds like a scam to me..Well actually Fraud!! I tried getting a hold of the GM and no answer as well as his mailbox being fullSo I contacted my bank and reported it and they are looking into the transactionOnce figured out my bank is pursuing fraud chargesI wish I would have read the reviews on this place before we went there! Lots of reviews online with this place..facebook,yelp,ectThis happens alot I guess and they argue to keep the money!!! This is an awful business I hope they get legit people in there or shut it down!!
