without seeing the boat in person. and he said he wanted a refund.  I offered him a check for $50.   then he called back furious and said he wanted the entire boat repainted because our "Disclaimer" doesn't include info on "Painted" hulls.  I handed the situation over to my owner who is in correspondence with him to get this resolved.we pride ourselves in taking care of customer issues.  I dont know how we can make this right with the customer but we do want this resolved.Thank you,Paul     Their product (Boat Bunk Wrap Kit) claims to be safe for aluminum boats which is not.Designed for Aluminum hulls (bare not painted is what we assumed) It has caused damage to my aluminum boat,  damage is to your  paint (not aluminum) which I have pictures to prove. It also states that you should switch from carpeted bunks to their plastic bunks so the sand and other particles that gets caught in the carpet wont ruin the bottom of the boat. When in reality this is exactly what happened when I switched to there product, it caused the paint to be removed from the bottom of my boat. I have sent their product back to them and also sent pictures to them. I have contacted them several times by phone and also by email to no resolution. Please help me!
