Outstanding customer service!! I stopped in for an estimate this morning for a small dent in my bumper. I was greeted with the most amazing smile from Andrew and he was extremely courteous and ready to help. He took a look at the dent and immediately said he could push out the dent. He took about 5 minutes and did just that!! I told him that was awesome service and asked how much did I owe him. He said nothing!! I could not believe it! He just made my day and I highly recommend Goff’s to everyone!! Thanks Andrew!!

I called Goff's in desperation for a Front passenger that stopped opening. The Honda dealership quoted me a price of $1,000 to take a look and see if they could figure out what was going on, no guarantees though. Not willing to pay $1,000 to repair the door I contacted Goff's. Heidi had me bring in the vehicle for Brandon, the Technician to look at it as he works on Hondas. Brandon was able to fix my door using magical techniques within the hour. There was no charge for his work and Heidi just told me Merry Christmas. I cannot thank Heidi and Brandon enough for diagnosing and fixing the problem so easily! I have worked with Goff's in the past and their professionalism and ability to work within a customer's request is phenomenal. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you!.
