Terrible customer service! They do not communicate with you and your vehicle could sit at their repair shop for weeks without being touched and noone will call you to let you know ANYthing. They will blame the insurance company instead of making anything happen! Extremely UN-professional! DO NOT for any reason take your car to this repair shop!
This company did a terrible job on my truck. They were supposed to replace the bumper but when I got my car back the bumper was hanging off the car and the brackets were on backwards that hold the bumper to the frame to the car. My car wouldn't start because they broke the battery terminal. When I took it back to them for repair, Holley/Halley said I couldn't expect the car to look professional because it was an old car and not a 2018. The manager was rude and said we must have ran into some bushes and caused the bumper to pull. All lies. Dana is another person I spoke with who said we must have hit a pot hole and caused the bumper to come off. She then said that the work was no longer guaranteed since we had complaints about the service we received. The worst customer service I have experienced. I will never in my life come here again. You would think that they would repair the car professionally especially since it was paid for through insurance.
I wouldn't take a clunker to Professional, there isn't a thing Professional about them. Took my suburban in for hail damage, and it has been back 3 times and is still there. The job should have taken 6 days it's been 3 weeks. I picked my truck up and the inside was flooded, plastic trim was broke, my tail lights didn't work and I was charged for a new one and it wasn't even replaced, my rear ac didn't work, seat switch was broke, dash was destroyed and they insist it's a factory default but it wasn't in this condition when I dropped it off! My truck had greasy handprints all through out the interior it was awful. now they are only trying to fix the minimum damage and trying to say factory defaults are not included. Well it wasn't broke when I bought it and it wasn't broke when you got it how is it to be replaced at my expense? I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and my lawyer will be contacting them. I was told they were through with ne that the damage didnt happen in the wreck, well the truck wasnt wrecked and the damages it was returned for were caused by them being negligent . I have tried 3 times to resolve the issue and get unprofessional service from the manager. He was very nasty with me. They ruined a $34,000 truck!
I took my truck back on three separate occasions after it was repaired there through Safeway insurance company
I took my truck to professional collision and told them that the steering wheel was shaking when the speed got up to about 60mph and that I had taken the truck to firestone and that firestone had given me a printout of the diagnosis on the truck and that the lower control arm bushings were torn they kept the truck for 4 days and then called me to pick it up and advised me that they didn't see anything wrong with the bushings and that they did a front end alignment on the truck I picked the truck up drove the truck on the interstate and took the truck right back the following morning professional collision promised me they would take care of it that their work had lifetime warranty well they kept th truck an additional day or so and call me back to pick it up again and that they had two different mechanics to look at the truck and nothing was wrong with it the next day I took the truck to the dealership they diagnose the truck with the exact same lower control arm promblem and repair the truck proffessio collision was paid by my insurance company to replace the part and they warranty the part but however refused to replace it I would like to be partially reimbursed for what're amount they received to fix the lower control arm bushing and for they front end alignment
I feel that the portion of the money that was received for the lower control arm bushing and the front end alignment should be reimbursed to me because I had to pay out of pocket when I followed warranty protocol and gave them several opportunities to repair the vehicle themselves before slowing anyone else to do anything but the I couldn't keep driving the vehicle with poor performance either
We had previously tried to resolve the customers issue in house by test driving the vehicle as well as sending it to another mechanical shop to have it checked out as well. However both attempts to duplicate the shaking she had previously experienced at 60mph were unsuccessful and no problems found. It was brought to our attention once the work had been completed by the dealer that the customer had elected to have them diagnose/repair the issue that continued and that the dealer had been paid directly by the customer. I reached out and spoke with the customer last week prior to the Holiday and then again yesterday requesting a copy of the invoice paid out. Once the invoice was provided, I issued a refund check made payable to the customer which was picked up before the close of business yesterday and all issues have now been resolved.
