Took my car for repair after a Collision. They lied about the estimate they wanted insurance to pay 11,000 and the total estimate was under 7,000. My interior was damaged, the tint was scratched and the overspray stained the inside panels of my vehicle. The inside was full of trash and the technician rambled through my stuff. My jumper cables were missing and my laptop was damaged.Under my hood the fire safety mat was missing and they damaged my windshield sprayer. He had no business going over my storage compartments and the only business he had under my hood was to disconnect the battery instead he stole my fire safety mat and he damaged the windshield sprayer. I contacted Toni and her manager. Toni basically ingnored my concerns and referred me over to her manager who has not returned my call.
These complaints are largely without merit. As a good will measure I am purchasing a heat shield washer nozzles and a door bezel. With the exception of the door we did not repairs to the areas he is claiming damage on but I am still purchasing the items. Furthermore he signed a release that he was removing all personal items from the car to avoid just such issues of claimed damage to items that may or may not be in a vehicle. His claim that we moved his items is correct in that items had to be moved in order to weld a panel on the side of his truck. I spoke to the customer and he made no claims of damaged tint nor any claims of overspray on the car nor did I see any of those issues when I inspected the vehicle with him last week.
In summary I am spending 250 dollars to purchase Items he claims as missing as a good will measure but will not purchase any items beyond that.
