interested in speaking with Ms*** because her land is very desirable for buildingWhen I went to her home the gate was openI was anxious to speak with her, and I guess I may have over stepped by disregarding the No Trespassing Sign, and for that I apologizeIn a world where everything has become so impersonal ,I still like to reach out and have contact with peopleI feel like some of what was said may have been taken out of contextI explained who I was and what we do, and I found our conversation to be very positive, even though she is not interested in selling her landI had spoken with the neighbor and stated that I knew the gentleman that owned the vacant lot across the street, and I am good friends with his nephew, not Ms*** *** I have been doing this for years and have never once been called creepy or stalker-likeI have been knocking on doors regarding land, and usually only have positive conversationsI know this is an uncommon practice in this day and age, but I still prefer face to faceAgain, I apologize if I upset her, that was not my intention and I genuinely meant no harm or to make her feel uncomfortable in any waySincerely, Jason W*** Caliber Company, INC
