Back in May, *** re-stained my deck and pergola. The day after the work was supposedly complete and paid for, my husband went to restring our lights on our pergola and he realized that *** and his team didn't stain the sky facing boards at the top of the pergola. We called him and texted him and he apologized and made an appointment to come back and complete the job. The day of he was supposed to return, I checked in with him over text and he responded by telling me that he had a family emergency. I texted him again a couple of days later to see when he could reschedule and I didn't get a response, I texted him again a week later with no response. I then called him about a week after that and left him a voicemail. I still haven't heard from a week later. I don't believe he intends to come back and finish the job that he was paid for back on May 8th (3 months later).
