This matter was addressed already Unfortunately Mr [redacted] does not have a current phone number on file so an email was sent to [redacted] stating: I tried to return your call and the number we had on file was not yours Dawn is cancelled effective today and a refund for $will be returned Your membership was terminated with no more billing as requested As stated on the cancellation form there must be a separate cancellation form for each member Unfortunately the billing department didn't know that she was to be cancelled If you have any further questions please contact the club This was a courtesy and as stated on every membership agreement that a written day notice must be given by sending a certified letter or stopping at the club

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] *nd find the resolution is satisfactory to me
