I am rejecting this response because:Mr Caldwell showed up at my house unannounced at an un-approved time.He started work without my permission when I was not present.He used improper products that I specifically asked him not to use.Without any contract, he loudly demanded that I pay CASH or else he would leaveHe demanded I go to my bank while the work proceeded to obtain cash(unacceptable to me)He refused to accept a perfectly good check for the work.He left in a huff when I offered to pay by check.He claimed he did not have his contract book with him, and produced no written paperwork at any time.I request that he return my $deposit and that he and his workers stay off of my property in the future
