Ordered a micro anti snore device. I replied to the confimation emaik and tried to cancel my order. I never received a response. I was charged but my order never shipped and I never received my product. Order 12136
To Whom It May Concern:
Our sincere apologies for the delayed response. Unfortunately the e-mail notification of this complaint was sent to my SPAM file.
Caldera International does not sell any anti- snore devices. In the even that the wrong product was referenced and in support of doing due diligence, I did research the order number and found that order number *** is not a valid Caldera invoice or PO number in our system.
Given this is not a Caldera related issue it is our expectation that this complaint be removed from our profile ASAP. If there is any additional information needed from Caldera in support of removing this complaint, please advise.
