They never replied to fix the problem, my attorney has a screen shot of Barry Mitchell laughing at me about the crap work they did. We are finding more and more problems, this has been documented by two separate companies. I have decided the AG of the State of Arizona needs to know about this shop, once everything has been assessed and repaired, so I will be filing a complaint with the state. I also told my attorney to go ahead and start paperwork to sue them. Their work was so bad, we could have died in that vehicle, and the BBB has a responsibility to the public to keep up safe from entities that charge you 17k and did such a poor job, you could have died.
We provided the service as specified for the customer. The customer was made aware that additional lift was required to keep their vehicle from developing any issues and they did not want to purchase a lift kit and have it installed. Also we haven't seen the customer's vehicle to...
verify any issues. The customer called and left a vulgar laced message stating we have 5 calendar days to resolve her issue or she will sue the shop, this was on a 3 day weekend. This was an unrealistic demand considering the holiday as the shop was closed for 3 of the allotted 5 calendar days.
Our position stands, the customer is responsible for any damage done to her vehicle by not installing a larger lift kit and proceeding to beat on her Jeep without enough clearance. Also she would not bring her vehicle into our shop to determine the cause of the damage. She is also harassing the shop employees and customers and we will not cave into her intimidation tactics.
