would not necessarily have this new registration information available at the time of reconciliation. After researching our records, it is confirmed that customer answered 10 of the 12 checkpoints for the webcast resulting in the full 4 hours earned.
Because the webcast has been reconciled and closed, I have provided the 4 hrs credit as self reported credit in the customer records--customer received their 4 hours Ethics credit.
Please be assured that our customers are very important to us. Our event reconciliation is managed manually and at times, although infrequent, there may be human error. This does not happen very often, but when made aware of such error, we do our best to update/correct an issue as quickly as we can.
