As per our conversation on 2/9/15, I am sending you all the copies of our policy and returned mail from the customer in question, [redacted].As I stated, our policy is, the customer would have gotten a full refund if moved out on the first 3 days of the month, and a prorated refund amount if moved...

After that date they are charged for full month.Ms. [redacted] also received a $25 discount when she first moved in for signing up for our automatic payment program. She then moved out 17 days after the first full month.This has given us the affirmation that we will no longer give the $25 discount for signing up for auto pay program until they have been with us for 3 months.We have an excellent reputation and are looking forward to clearing this up as soon as possible. Review: refund was not prorated for final month of use of their facility, they billed for the entire month yet service was terminated before the month was over. they owe me a refund, yet when I inquired as to why it was not credited back to me, was told that because I was more than halfway into the month that I wasn't going to get one. I question the fact that they can bill you for services not rendered.Desired Settlement: $30.00
