Well organized

I bid on a Surfboard this week and my bid won. The Surfboard was Described as a "***" Board. *** was a close Fiend of mine until his death last year. When I went to pick up the board. It was obvious that someone had just stuck a *** logo on it. The value of a REAL *** Board would have been very high. The value of ther Counterfeit Board in the Terrible condition it is in, is virtually nothing. The boardf was Miss-advertised and the description was fraudulent, thus raising bids far exceeding actual value. The employees at the site were of no help with the grievance. Please help rersolve this issue and if need be. Warn others of this companies disregard of ethics. The entire purchase price should be refunded. I also had to drive all the way past the *** to their facility. Time and inconvienience are a factor to consider also.

Efficient process, helpful staff, interesting stuff, some killer deals (and some where you should have gone to the inspection first, so it's your own fault if you don't like the item), overall a good experience. And it's fun to shop from home, convenient to bid from there.

As an "absent-minded professor," I believe I recognize a fellow-sufferer.
I found the website difficult to navigate, until (after two weeks into the bidding, on the day of the open visit, just before the sale), one of your employees showed me the "search" feature at upper left of your screen. I wasted a *lotof time scrolling through the pages, too. Perhaps you could give us an option of "Go to Page ( )" instead of only "Next" and "Previous".
Although I understand how this happened, I was puzzled by why the Lots were out of numerical order. Perhaps your web designer could add a button to allow Lots to be displayed in numerical order, as well as the way you grouped these? Being shown the "search" button sped things up a lot!

It was probably in the “fine print” but I was totally caught off guard about the “buyers premium” that was added to my total at the end - along with the sales tax. Instead of a $250 payment it was $300.
It would be nice to be warned about the premium up front before bidding!
