I provided my email and contact information at LoJack website, still haven't heard back. Hope there are alternatives.

This is the worst service I have ever received from any company. First of all, I needed to extend my husband's Lo Jack warranty for an additional 5 years. So I tried several days of non-stop calling, leaving several voice messages and emails from the mail provided on the recordings, with no responses. Eventually due to my persistence, I was able to get a hold of a representative on 9/6/19 and made a payment of $104 to extend the warranty for another 5 years. I was then told that I would get an email confirmation from a manager within 24 to 48 hours. (I don't understand why this couldn't be done by the rep since most other companies do that right away). After a week I didn't receive any email so again I went through the frustration of trying to get through to someone to send me an email confirmation of my payment to no avail. After several tries again and a complaint to Toyota (where I purchased the product) then an email confirmation was sent to my husband on 9/27/19. Secondly, I needed to extend my warranty on my vehicle also and had to go through the same frustrations all over again. Eventually I was able to make my payment again of $104 on 10/9/19 and was told again that a manager would email me the confirmation with 24 to 48 hours which of course did not happen. So, I called again today and was told that they don't send out email confirmations on payments. Well at this point I was furious to say the least and let the rep have a piece of my mind. Anyway after that, she took down my information and told me that a manager would send me an email confirmation of my payment with 24 to 48 hours. Well I await yet again to see if I get this email. I wish that they did not have this monopoly on the market or I would have gone elsewhere. I hope someone else out there sees this post and can try to make some change with the service at this company which for lack of a better word really "SUCKS"! I only gave one star because that was the only I could leave a review.

Around 1995 my *** was stolen in Queens, NY and I contacted the police, who found the car in Flushing Meadow Park in less than an hour. A year later, the same car was stolen in Manhattan, and again, the police found the car, along with the thieves the same day. Lojack saved me a lot of grief, money, and time. It was a great investment back then.

I would love to leave 0 Stars! LoJack has been jerking me around since the end of June regarding a warranty claim I filed with them. After my car was stolen and not recovered within 24 hours, LoJack warranty is supposed to pay you back the purchase price of the system I submitted ALL paperwork in a timely fashion. First I was told I needed a correction to a police report. This was taken care of. Next, they request a certificate from the dealership. Done. THEN they request a "time stamp on a police report" -which all information is already listed clearly in police report. Finally, they approve the claim. Check supposed to be mailed out on 9/5/2018. Here we are... 9/26/2018- Still no check. I have called multiple times. Sometimes I get a helpful Customer Service Rep- other times I get a snarky one. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY- I don't understand the right. Don't offer this warranty if you don't want to pay up!

I'D LEAVE NO STARS IF I COULD. I HAD IT INSTALLED IN 2011 AND TESTED IT AND NOTHING. I HAD A TECH COME OUT TO REPLACE THE UNIT IN 2013, SO THEY SAY, AND NOTHING. THEN I'M TOLD THAT ITS NO LONGER A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I HAVE A CASE NUMBER (SC96460) WHICH MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS TO BE MOST INEPT DEPARTMENT OUTSIDE OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE! I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL BACK FROM MY CUSTOMER SUPPORT/TECH WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER HE HANGS UP TO CHECK WITH HIS MANAGER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD ALLOW AN EXTENSION OF MY LIFETIME WARRANTY. IT'S BEEN 2 DAYS AND NOTHING. THEY WOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT IF THEY DEEM IT OUT OF WARRANTY. MY REPLY, DON'T BOTHER, I'LL CUT MY LOSSES AND GO WITHOUT IT. THEY TELL ME THAT THE EARLY WARNING SYSTEM MAY NOT BE WORKING BUT, IF IT'S STOLEN THE POLICE WILL BE ABLE TO TRACK IT. YEAH, RIGHT! WHAT A WASTE OF $1500.00.
