The management and maintenance are absolute garbage. Issues from day one remain unresolved and front office manager Ashle will talk over you to prove her point. Just left her office after she continued to raise her voice about ongoing complaints. She does not listen and behaves like a child. They have not billed for water in three then added a flat rate onto the monthly bill. She told me I haven't been paying for water when they haven't billed! Moved into a dirty unit with major issues involving appliances and broken doors, drawers, etc. Paperwork has been filled out and maintenance said they would come to repair then partially repaired some issues. I repaired most of them. Initial complaints never even acknowledged by management. Dog feces is everywhere on the grounds. Many people here do not pick up after their pets and maintenance leaves it. They have an excuse for everything and do not care about your concerns.
