Calahan Bath and Kitchen

A small portico project that turned into a summer long nightmare. 4.5 months and not done according to drawings, nor quote. No permits ever seen. Promises not kept and frankly, mislead from the beginning. This was to make a major curb appeal improvement to our home, something we have been planning for a decade, and now we will have to look sadly at what might have been.

And still waiting for completion after 4.5 months.

Nothing good about this experience. I only give two stars because the crew were courteous.

Dan and his team completely remodeled our kitchen last year and did a 6-star job. They took out a wall, replaced the floor, added gas appliances,installed custom cabinets/countertops and entirely new lighting. The team was in and out in 6 weeks and pricing was very, very reasonable. The workmanship was first class and his team was professional, courteous and extremely talented. I would strongly recommend Delaware Home Pros and Dan Callahan to anyone!
