I bought my car with them in and I just recently had to file bankruptcy (chapter 13) this adds the car payment into my monthly bankruptcy paymentsI informed them the lawyers name and case number and they are not to contact me again in regards to payments and they are still calling!!

I bought my car with them in 2014 and I just recently had to file bankruptcy (chapter 13) this adds the car payment into my monthly bankruptcy payments. I informed them the lawyers name and case number and they are not to contact me again in regards to payments and they are still calling!!

Paid off van told it would take 2 - 4 weeks to get title. It has been over 7 weeks. I have called but they cannot tell me anything. they said they email the guy who handles that but he never emailed them back so they can't tell me anything until he emails them back & they cannot give me his #. they said they would call me back but I have never received a call.
