I made an appointment for a repair yesterday (5/2/17). It was scheduled between 12-2pm at my place of work. I called to ensure the scheduled appointment was set. No one showed up and I returned call at around 3pm. I was told they would contact the driver and call me back. No call back. I called again, asked the same question and was given the same type of response. After multiple calls and zero call backs as promised, it was after 5pm. I called back, they answered and said nothing (I could hear them on the phone). Then I tried to call back and was sent straight to voicemail. I have never had such poor, unprofessional treatment from a business before. Not only did they waste my time, I have a car with no window left on the streets unprotected. This is a huge inconvenience and their treatment of me was absolutely bar none the worst I have ever had. I am not even sure now that they are a proper business as I have seen two Cal-Star Auto Glass with completely different addresses between their website and the Revdex.com listing.

Contact by the Business I would like an apology and I also would like an inquiry into the legitimacy of this business as there are two different Cal-Star Auto Glasses I have found. The Revdex.com has a different listing than the website and Yelp. Are they using someone else's business identity? Please also see there Yelp ratings. I left the most recent one, but you can see they have a history of standing people up and acting in severely unprofessional manner. https:
