Appeal Hearing.

Review: I recently paid $99 for a two day coaches license course taught by CalSouth Association. Two or three days before the class, I notified CalSouth that I could not make the class due to a change in my work schedule. I asked to be rescheduled to another class date, or a refund. They ignored my request. I contacted them again (via email) with the same request, and I received a response that they would get back to me. They failed to get back to me with an answer. I contacted them a third time, and they have since ignored my request for a refund. I no longer wish to have my paid for class rescheduled, I only want a refund at this point.Desired Settlement: I would like my $99 refunded to me with a check or by PayPal.

Review: Per Cal Souths process/procedure, I used its system to appealed the denial to release my child from one soccer club then have her transferred to another. I completed the on-line forms as requested at www.soccer.com and agree to allow them to charge my card $100 for the appeal process. It states on the website that once the release/transfer is approved I would be refunded my $100. The release and transfer was approved (see below) per the message sent from Cal South on September 14, 2014. I have made several inquiries to the head of our District, Ms. [redacted] about my refund. She stated I would have to wait and would gear from them once they decided on the refund. I then requested a second time for my refund and she stated she would no longer respond to me or offer assistance. I sent a final note on Wednesday the 17th asking for some kind of update by this Friday the 19th or I would have to submit a complaint to the Revdex.com. She once again refused to respond. I feel I have no other choice but to lodge a complaint.

In addition to the email from Cal South approving the release/Transfer I attached Cal South Bi-Laws.

1.5.7.3 A $100.00 fee payable to Cal South must accompany requests for appeals. In the

event the contested transfer is allowed, the account of the contesting releasing club shall be

charged the $100.00 fee and the appealing player shall receive a refund of the appeal fee.

The accepting club, if the transfer is approved, shall be charged a transfer fee as determined

and published by Cal South. (Added August 2013Desired Settlement: Respond to my request for a refund based on the agreement I agreed to on its website. I agree to having my card charged $100 for the appeals process and then once the appeal was approved to have the money refunded. Nothing more/Nothing less
