We got it resolved with the customerIt was pretty unusual because we dealt with her husband the whole projectHe requested a custom door latch set up and we installed it as instructedNext thing we know she has a complaint! We work with ALL our customers through any misunderstandings and we were
quite surprised by this!We agreed to give her a new gate and she seems happy nowOur GM, ***, apologized for not communicating with her in a way that they understood and that seemed to calm her some.Most of the time it seems people think your out to hurt them until they find out we actually do care.We always look at it to see what we can do better next timeWe don’t know all our customers but we try to get a read on them so we know how they like to be talked to.Anyway,Thanks for doing what you guys do!
