I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** did not address my claim to fraudulent time accounting I am convinced he inflated his time billed inaccurately and fraudulently to inflate his bill As a student of mathematics and probability, I maintain it is statistically IMPOSSIBLE for the charges billed to be accurate If it isn't accurate and true, I shouldn't have to pay it

***,Per our conversation, I'm attaching documentation regarding our billing per the pre-construction agreement Mr*** signed. We keep a log of activities that took place during the bidding process, but do not bill for cl***al time or account for every minute spent on a
project. We have e-mails either sent or received from subcontractors, material suppliers, the *** Interior Designer and the ***s. If those would be of assistance to you, I can send you those as well. What is not reflected in out time log is the time spent analyzing the plans as they were sent electronically, multiple times, or the time spent ordering, picking up prints, amongst many other activities. The agreement Mr*** signed stated that we'd limit our time to hours, we billed for hours. When we sent Mr*** our bill (attached), he sent us back a check for $1,752.50. When we contacted Mr*** for the shortage, he said he questioned our time and was unwilling to pay the difference. Our response was let's let a Small Claims Court Judge decide. His response was to send us a check for $($overpayment that we've since refunded), and then publish a libelous review on our Facebook page, since removed and then file this Revdex.com complaintMr*** last correspondence prior to the disputed bill was:Hi ***, The second bid came in about $28,below yours While I know your work would be exceptional, I cannot justify the price difference If you'd like to send me a bill, I would be happy to pay and come get any tangible work you have completed. Best,*** We billed less our actual time on this project, so there was no justification for discounting out time. Please call me if you have any questions, or wish to discuss. The actual time spent on this project was less than was billed.  If you'd like us to go back and account for those hours as well, we will. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:  You continue to threaten me (now with more bills) but refuse to address the substance of my complaint.  Is it legal to threaten me with more charges if I don't acquiesce to your threats?  I think probably not.   To me, it sounds like extortion.
