Review: When we placed our order for carpet, they told us it would be a week it took two, then they did not do what they promised with the tile, and they never changed out the floor vents, which was figured out in the bid, I called four times before they even called me back, herb then told me he would take care of it that day or the next morning, I just want the floors vents we ordered, they never showed up ,it has been a week and we are done...Desired Settlement: Fix it we paid for it..
