This customer did approach us and ask to perform a lein sale on a vehicle he was trying to get a title onWe performed the lein sale and provided he customer with the necessary documents, he then presented it to the DMV which stated ithad a lein holder and could not process the
transactionHe returned and ask for a refund, we refunded him $of the $We had performed the service which he had requested and this covered our cost. Cal Auto License

I went to  Cal Auto License and asked if they could help me get the car registered.  The Lien sale was their idea, not mine.  I paid $75 for it and it did not work.  They then suggested I pay $35 for a registered letter to [redacted] Credit Union.  I paid $35 for the letter but it did not work.  Cal Auto License refunded the $35 but not the $75.Sincerely,
