Review: We are a tenant of a Cal-AM property in Washington State (Golden Rose Park); a senior mobile park. The company has pushed ownership of the common area shared carport on my husband and I - which is illegal under Washington RCW 59.20.135. Our carport is in need of serious repair, and has been as such since we purchased in June 2013. I have contacted our resident office only to be told matters are handled by the Operations Manager [redacted] - I have left phone messages and emails - all have gone unanswered. I moved up the food chain to [redacted]'s boss [redacted] and still no response to pleas for repairs. No one at their corporate office will answer the phones, just voicemail which falls on deaf ears.Desired Settlement: Repair of my carport
