Hi, I reached out to the customer and no responseI was trying to resolve issueWhether it be through refund or package and refundPlease advise

This morning at 7:am I issued a refund in the amount of 57.00, we apologize to the customer for the wait and hopefully in the future she can do business with us under our new shipping policyThanks so muchAlso I attached proof of refund and our website automatically sends email to customer once refund is issued

Hello !! Customer has received refund but it came through after this complaint! Also customer was sent package with tracking number and it has been successfully delivered

I have spoken with this customer and explained to her the reason for long shipping which is also on the website, we agreed to settle her dispute with her receiving her packageI will be sending her a tracking number today

Customer has been refunded in full and send email confirmation via Shopify!

I just spoke with *** and we came to agreement! She was refunded for order #*** in the amount of 32$ and also refunded for order #*** in the amount of 50$on Friday she will be receiving refund in the amount of 48$ to finish the remaining balance *** had agreed to these terms and we are in
agreement of closing this complaint

We will reach out to customer and send courtesy package or issue refund. We are simply a small business no ill intent.

This customer has been refunded in the full amount of 10.00 and I have emailed the customer to notify them.

Hi, I reached out to the customer and no response. I was trying to resolve issue. Whether it be through refund or package and refund. Please advise.

I am rejecting this response because: The dispute was cancelled upon her request and promise to refund or ship. I received a package yesterday with only one of the items I purchased. It was only after I threatened to file a police report that ahe sent that item. She claims after I cursed her out that she sent two packages. But she never spoke of another package until then. She said she would send tracking for the second package today and still hasn't there  is only one person working, then who is the "we" shespeaks of? There are many other's she is doing this to as well
