Review: We signed a contract with Cakes by Kristy for her to do a wedding cake and cupcakes for my daughters' wedding. My daughter ordered a specific design, which she didn't do and she paid a $74 fee to rent cupcake tiers which was to be refunded after they were returned. Well the day of the wedding she delivered the cake and cupcakes and no cupcake tiers. When I arrived at the reception hall and saw the cupcakes and no tiers I called Kristy Baughman and she told me the previous client had not returned them so she didn't have them. I told her she better give my daughter that money back immediately and she said that she was putting it in the mail that day 8/31/2013. I have had numerous emails with Ms. Baughman with excuse after excuse about why we haven't received any money back. It is now 10/9/2013 and we have received nothing. And she didn't even do the cake as the contract stated. Very disappointed and will never recommend her to anyone. We are taking up legal action soon.Desired Settlement: I would have been happy with the $74 we are now seeking all of the money back.
